My Journey
I grew up navigating the uncertainty of being a refugee and built a career helping organizations find clarity in the chaos. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve scaled startups to multimillion-dollar exits, led global marketing transformations at firms like Capgemini, Booz Allen Hamilton and EAB, and driven over $200M in growth by blending data, storytelling, and AI. My journey has always been about more than revenue—it’s about building teams, brands, and systems that give people and organizations the confidence to grow. Today, I’m focused on helping mission-driven companies and high-growth tech firms turn complexity into momentum.

Entrepreneurship
​Over the past twenty-five years, I’ve had a front-row seat to the strange and unpredictable journey of growth. I’ve worked with startups still sketching ideas on napkins, and with founders preparing to raise capital or scale across continents. I’ve helped them cut through noise, find their voice, and turn fragile ideas into durable businesses. I have also launched, built, and exited a travel tech company successfully. 

At the same time, I’ve partnered with mid-sized firms stuck on plateaus and Fortune 100 brands trying to reinvent themselves in markets they once defined. And what I’ve learned is that growth is never about the flashiest numbers or the biggest campaigns.
